Using the beta.
Plain-English conditions for the StatementStudio hosted beta. By uploading a statement you agree to the points below.
Last updated: 30 June 2026 · Hosted beta
Beta scope
StatementStudio is a beta service. It converts a single digital (native) bank-statement PDF, up to 10 MiB and 20 pages, into a reviewable table and CSV or Excel export. Features, limits, and availability may change during beta.
Your files and permission to use them
You are responsible for the files you upload and for having the right to upload them. Do not upload documents you are not permitted to process. The original PDF is never altered.
Review before you rely on a result
Extraction is not guaranteed to be perfect. The service is built so you review the extracted transactions against the source and check the balances before you export. You are responsible for verifying an export before relying on it. Reconciliation is a strong consistency check, not a guarantee that every field is correct.
Unsupported documents
Scanned or photographed statements, mixed scanned/native documents, credit-card statements, and non-bank-statement documents are not supported in this version. The service may detect and mark a document as unsupported, and may reject or decline to process a file. An unsupported file is not converted.
Deletion and exports
You can delete a job from the review screen at any time; deleted content cannot be recovered. Jobs are also configured to expire automatically, so retrieve an export you need before the job is gone. Each export is tied to the revision you reviewed, so a later edit needs a fresh export.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes, do not attempt to process documents you have no right to, and do not attempt to disrupt or overload it. The service applies abuse and rate limits, and access may be limited or withdrawn for misuse.
No professional advice
StatementStudio is a document-conversion tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and its output is not a substitute for professional judgement. The beta is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties.
